Education and mentoring

In person Mentoring

This is a one day hands on workshop allowing you to shadow me as as well refining yours skills. We will shoot side by side, check your images and help correct any mistakes. 
The following topics will be covered:

*For newborn sessions*
- Prepping for the session
- Baby safety
- wrapping poses
-Bean bag poses
-lighting 
-Editing (remotely on a different day)

*For Maternity sessions*
-Prepping backdrops and lighting
- Posing, posture and face expressions
-Angles and lighting (up to 3 lighting techniques)
- Pregnancy safety 
- Fabric draping
-Editing (remotely on a different day)

Total of 4 studio hours of mentorship and 4 hours of editing and continuing support

What is needed:
- A DSLR camera with vast knowledge of its use
- 35mm, 50mm or 24-70mm Prime lens
- Anything needed to take notes


Price: $950 (+tax)

Restrictions:
Attendees must not live within a 50km radius of Surrey, BC and cannot be either preforming or planning to preform any sort of teaching/mentoring newborn or maternity photography for 12 months
